A highly experienced HR professional with a strong track record of success at board level, Director of PJW HR Consultancy, Pam Whitehead, boasts 30 years’ worth of experience in consultancy.

Pam is fully CIPD qualified, and her extensive experience in leading organisational change and optimising business performance in people-centred, service-driven cultures shows in her personal approach to business consulting.

Pam’s key areas of expertise include civil and commercial workplace mediation, leadership development and training, executive coaching, restructures and mergers, and business start-ups. A highly motivated self-driven individual, Pam has excellent relationship management and consultancy skills, as well as being commercially astute and results orientated.

PJW HR Consultancy was established in 2011 offering interim management, leadership training and development, mentoring, executive coaching civil commercial and workplace mediation. An associate of the Prince’s Trust, the agency also delivers an enterprise programme for young adults, providing insight into finance, business planning and structures, marketing, pricing and sales. Pam also offers a progression mentor service assisting young adults who are leaving school get back into education or employment, as well as business mentoring, which involves mentoring a young adult in the launch of their business and support for the first two years.

Prior to 2011, Pam was Head of HR for Lloyds Banking Group Operations division. She was responsible for 4,500 colleagues across the UK and India, and in partnership with the Operations Director, helped shape and develop the Mortgage Story. This served the strategic direction of the newly formed organisation following the merger with HBOS, which focused on the integration of colleagues and sites across all brands in the UK to form a unified Lloyds Banking Group mortgage team.

In this role, Pam also helped re-shape the learning and development strategy, which introduced a new performance management system to manage what’s and how’s, which was rolled out to 64,000 colleagues. Following the success and impact of this, the bank introduced a talent management programme across the Products Division.

From this experience and passion for what she does, Pam has been able to build her own business helping people resolve their difference on a daily basis.
