Having Difficult Conversations – 1 day course
Participants – Up to 15
The course is for staff at all levels, and will improve the communication process and communication skills in the workplace, preparing participants for conversations they find difficult.
Participants will learn about barriers to communication, how to build rapport, active listening, open questioning and overall good communication skills.
Negotiation Skills – 1 day course
Participants – Up to 15
For anyone who needs to improve their negotiating skills, from purchasers to suppliers and from administrators to managers.
Participants will be able to demonstrate the importance of effective questioning and listening, learn about the ‘bigger picture’ in relation to personal goals and shared goals and use assertiveness techniques and demonstrate the ability to assertively make and refuse requests.
