On Wednesday, Pam from PJW HR Consultancy took part in the ADR-ODR International’s mediation simulation which was streamed on Facebook Live.

Bill is a qualified lawyer, therapist, mediator and the President of High Conflict Institute. He developed the “High Conflict Personality” theory (HCP Theory) and has become an international expert on managing disputes involving high conflict personalities and personality disorders.

Working with ADR ODR International, PJW have been back in Thessaloniki delivering a new initiative around managing conflict in the workplace.
